How do I know if it's the rollers or the track?
We check both, but rollers are the more common failure. If the door drags evenly and the wheels look worn, flat, or rusted, it's the rollers. If there's a bent or gouged spot in the track, that needs attention too — often the dead rollers caused it.
How long do new sliding door rollers last?

Can I just replace the rollers myself?
