Why does my patio door leak water when it rains hard?
Usually the weep holes — small drainage slots in the track — are clogged, or the weatherstripping has failed. We clear the drainage, replace seals, and make sure the panel sits tight so water drains out instead of in.
Can you stop the draft coming through my patio slider?
Yes. Drafts come from worn weatherstripping or a panel that's dropped out of square. New seals plus a proper alignment restore the tight closure and cut the draft.
My patio door lock never lines up anymore. Why?
The panel has sagged on worn rollers, dropping the latch below the strike. Replacing the rollers and re-aligning the door brings the lock back into position so it engages cleanly.
